Parking Design Integration

WBC has the unique ability to seamlessly design the parking requirements of a particular project with the structural system.  We can quickly develop various layout options that are
safe and focus on the owner and project requirements, user experience, construct ability, and project economics.

Sustainable Design

WBC’s in-house Sustainable Design Committee actively develops analytical strategies to reduce the Embodied Energy of our structures.  We can also assist in the assessment of emerging technologies that could increase the project’s
sustainable benefits and increase the overall user experience.

Lean Design Facilitation

WBC can develop several simultaneous design options to assist in the determination of the maximum value for an individual project. WBC can also facilitate Last Planner Workshops and weekly check-in sessions to assist in streamlining the design process and to optimize collaboration.

Photo-voltaic Design

Utilizing BUEHLER’s presence as an industry leader in photo-voltaic structural framing design, WBC provides maximum efficiency and seamless integration of photo- voltaic support systems on new or existing parking structures.  WBC can also connect energy industry trade partners to provide turn-key solutions.

BIM Utilization

Utilizing Revit, WBC has the
   ability to coordinate with our
   trade partners, and discover
   clashes in a virtual environment.  
   We will address coordination
   issues during the design phases
where changes are easily made.  This will lead to overall enhanced design and shorter construction duration.
